ROI AI Capital's Investment Strategy

With $90 million in committed capital, ROI AI Capital will deploy a seed-stage strategy focused on the following investment criteria:

• Pre-product to early revenue: We invest at the earliest stage, when conviction is built on team quality, market insight, and technical differentiation rather than revenue multiples.
• Enterprise-native founders: We prioritize founders who have built, sold, or scaled enterprise software before — operators who understand procurement cycles, security requirements, and the organizational dynamics that determine whether a product gets deployed or quietly shelved.
• AI as infrastructure, not garnish: We are specifically looking for companies where AI capabilities are baked into the product architecture from day one, not added as a feature layer after product-market fit has been established.
